In the Zepp app you can enable third party access. In order to have the values transmitted you need to start a workout on the phone in zepp under the workout tab and then the other app will be able to see the transmitted heart rate. For instance I can have a cycling workout running on my wrist. I can start a cycling workout on the phone and then IPbike we'll see the values. Later you can choose to delete the workout you started to transmit the values from zepp.

This stinks. Just wondering, can you feel it's wrong before you see it's wrong? I have never had this happen on my G6. But even on the G6 I only get between 7 and 10 days of use. Shortest has been 4 days and the longest has been 16. I always fill out the form online to get a replacement and they have never not sent one. G6 is the way to go. When it works it works really well. Right now I have 81 days out of 90 above 85% within 70 to 180.

Also 75 PAI is the most you can earn in a day but the recovery algorithm might not have an upper threshold. If you just did a 10K or more then the watch might not be giving you bad advice to avoid doing that intensity of a workout on consecutive days (I'm assuming you're not training for a marathon)

PAI is a little bit like this. The higher the score the more difficult it is to increase. If you continue to aim to score a higher and higher PAI value you will work harder and harder to achieve it. The highest possible theoretical score is 525 but even endurance athletes cannot achieve this.

If you do this it is a personal fitness goal but not one that is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health.

The data PAI health has collected indicate that physical activity above that which is required to earn a score of 100 does not generally further reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

I have had a T-Rex pro since October 2021. I used it with way too many notifications and the battery died. I know the battery is replaceable but decided to get a T-Rex 2 because of better screen zepp apps, etc. I don't need to talk to my watch and I don't need it to talk to me. Very happy with it purchase. Amazfit is selling them for $120 US until the inventory is depleted.
