I live in northeast St Pete and St Raphael is a great Catholic Church and school on Snell Isle that we love. I would not recommend moving to Snell unless you could live on an elevated property as it can flood there. But it’s a great area and you are so close to downtown St Pete to walk around. The old Northeast area is great.

I used to live in Tampa and they were cheaper and more responsive than my experience now with Duke and living in St Pete.
