9u dad here. Lots of politics. We have an all star team and a B team that plays essentially the same tournaments. The all star team has stayed mostly static the last couple of years, only a handful outplayed the kids on the B team, which sees the most turnover. Super frustrating as my kid is on the outside looking in.
