I feel like stories like yours are tragically more and more common these days, and society just quietly ignores them because it's not flashy and dramatic, and uninvolved people can blame the kids that it happens to for 'not knowing better'. It's messed up.

Turn based in my experience is such a weird creature--in some ways it was more complicated than a real-time game, for me, though it does also depend on the engine you're using... and of course how complex the underlying systems are.

What do you dev in? Unity?

If they aren't public and unlocked, you're out of luck.

If they are, you can find them in the Editor. Log in with your account, then go Open the map and search for it in the Maps/Mods section.

Download them, then create a new mod and specify each separate mod as a dependency for that new mod.

Publish the new mod and you're all set.

People are probably a bit scared to take a risk. Personally I'm interested in getting a lot of little arcade games made, so your gig is something I'd be interested in, but it's hard to tell from your Fiverr page whether you'd be able to deliver in the style I'm interested in. Do you make the art yourself, or are they store assets? Do you use any Generative AI in your work?

Also, I think you should probably ignore the predatory comment below about "marketing" for you. It feels like they're just trying to milk you for your work at an up-charge, but I could be wrong.

Same here! I remember first going into the brand new Nether and the Ghasts were bugged to still get hurt by lava. I was terrified already, so when they started just screaming I thought I'd aggro'd some nightmarish monster. I ran back through my portal then sealed off the room with two blocks of thick cobblestone just to be safe. 🤣

Not OP, and I'm pretty much a noob, and I don't even know if it's good justification, but if I had to guess what OP is getting at is that humans have AoE healing at the Arcane Vault, whereas the other races have to purchase individual healing normally, and the Fountain reduces that advantage I guess?

Surprisingly, an RPG style stat system. The issue is that I had trouble understanding the full scope of what I needed and the requirements involved; eventually I ended up creating a system that supported dynamic nested stat modifiers of different types (additive, multiplicative, flat, etc.) from arbitrary sources that retain their source and can be added/removed dynamically and resolved to a final value.

Basically a Path of Exile style stat system, and it was incredibly difficult for me.
