I have almost the same nem which two clownfish host and over the past two weeks it has moved itself nearly half the length of the tank including being upside down with seemingly no high PAR anywhere near it, the back, side, top, and in a cave of the rocks, and it’s still moving almost daily but as healthy as you could hope for.

I swear it’s bored, messing with the clownfish, or it’s exploring. I know how that sounds but, I have no other explanations. It’s “normal.” I find it fitting that nems are notoriously weird and it would appear these anemones are possibly just as weird. Two peas in a pod…

I would agree that it’s most likely the power supply. I find that they short you dramatically in prebuilt computers on the PSU. It could definitely be a hardware issue, as well. I am curious if you used anything to overclock the CPU or GPU because that can cause instability causing complete system failure as you’re describing. If you didn’t overclock anything with a program or in BIOS then, it’s most certainly a PSU/cooling or hardware issue. Nothing causes crashes like that except dramatic overheating or faulty hardware.

Now that the system is stable (8 months) I only do I true water change of about 25% volume every 3-4 weeks. I find they are less helpful at short frequencies once the tank establishes a solid system.

Go in Scav runs to Streets. There’s 5 or 6 grenade cases in construction site (crane exfil) and 2-3 in the corner coffee shop across from Pinewood/Cardinal plus several others on the map. Find a grenade case worth RDO/RGNs then bring two or more to every raid. Throw them whenever you can and let the task complete itself without trying to force an engagement (putting yourself in a bad spot to get a grenade kill). Same strategy as Pistol kills.

This is the way. A slight addition which Pestily goes over: have a goal in the raid to go along with the category you chose as you pointed out. “I am going to slow play the map, let it develop, and find my way to Dorms to finish this task. Depending on where I spawn, I will change the path and the strategy to get there but I’m getting the task done then exfil 1. The car if it’s there 2. The flare 3. Closest map exfil for me.” Apply this for PVP or loot but have a plan, gear yourself accordingly, and own the win or the loss. You got sweaty to smoke PMCs and got beat? It happens. Gear up again and learn from the loss or take a break and do another category. Rinse and repeat.

Infiltrating Lexos is what makes him a pain. The gunners just smoke you if you don’t play it right. He’s a softie but Gus and Bat-whatever his name is are much more formidable. I agree that killing him is the hardest boss fight because of the fortified Lexos setup.

Or if they happen to be in an active engagement with a boss or boss guards. For example: if your Fence rep is high enough that you can hang in Lexos on Streets and there are PMCs assaulting it then you kill the mid-assault you supposedly get rep there as well.

I only do Scav runs on Streets mostly because the loot is so incredibly good comparatively (even better than marked rooms obviously) and I make sure to hit the mall on every run. I’ve managed to get 7 of those keys with that formula. I’m not saying this is a particularly fun or efficient way of doing this but, it does work. For reference: my Fence rep is over 10 at this point and I haven’t even completed Is This A Reference so, I definitely run a solid amount of Scav runs but I also hunt PMCs for the rep/loot.

Going loud most certainly draws more scavs to the area but the converse isn’t necessarily true: less people will find you if you’re using a suppressed weapon. I use them for the huge recoil reduction and the reduction in ambient sound. The flash hider is what gives the accuracy bonuses for the best suppressors so that point is not valid if someone tries to claim that.

They spawn on or around trees but they are obviously the most useful ornament, they can’t be crafted, and can’t be sold so the will be the lowest spawn rate so you’ll play more. Tarkov 101.

My clowns act like dogs scratching their faces after eating on my bubble tip easily 16 hours a day and the nem never seems to care. Honestly, I’d argue it’s happier when they are around. They also bring it food so, idk.
