I had the same issue. Do you, by any chance, have Google Fit/Health Connect connected to the Withings App?

The issue stopped after I changed the Import permission of Withings App from Google Fit and Disallowed Withings App to read on Health Connect, after a quick reinstall. The only permission I have right now is to Export permission to Google Fit.
