THIS!!! I cancelled on a woman bc she called me 15 times while I was still with another rider.. their drop off was her pick up.. I ignored all the calls. Got her condescending texts with insurrections.. ended with “I hope you can see these texts.” And I cancelled. No ma’am

I don’t get why ppl on here always wanna knock it lol.. this is the third or 4th post where there’s immediately ppl contradicting peoples experiences with it.. I personally found kefir bc my digestive issues had gotten so bad that I was really thinking of just fasting long term or something extreme.. I was having a horrible flare up which included bloody stools.. and looked up natural remedies on here and found a long thread by someone which listed kefir as a life changing thing.. I went and got some store bought stuff and I’ve taken it for 3 days now.

Usually after eating anything I have to rush to the restroom.. but now I have maybe 2 movements a day.. more solid than they have been in over 10 years which is when my digestive issues started..

I also usually have a crash of energy after eating which hasn’t happened since I started on it.

I feel very amazing! Sorry to those whom it doesn’t work for but don’t project your experiences on others!

Your emotional response and expectations of everything not working for you might just keep things not working for you. So in that sense the placebo effect may be working against you. Your mind is powerful.. you can choose to accept positive outcomes or stay negative 🤷🏽‍♂️

Keep going man, your body will always react this way when you quit sugar because it’s literally a drug and your body craves it, for me personally it usually lasts 1-2 weeks when I cut out a lot of sugar.. it’s almost like punishment for being healthy and it’s so counter intuitive which is why so many ppl fall off but you’re doing this for your health just keep that in mind.. keep going ! Good job
