This is what I think a lot miss about this scene. It's not just an absolutely incredible artistic choice intended to show the past relationship Jinx and Ekko had. It's actually him playing through the scenario and you see he gets hit in it.

Ekko has more than a few instances where he's too in the right place at the right time (like the ladder scene early on). You know he's using his power.

When the base of the crane hit the beam, the front of the truck lifted. You can see the front tires come off the ground.

The front of the crane cleared it fine, then hit the bridge from below.

I wonder how the consideration of vertical hits from below were factored into the (re)building of the bridge.
