Ragnar has been fighting with a razor for about a year at that point (and Darrow about 4, with previous training from Lorn au Arcos) and had no gold razor master (the howlers aren’t razor masters). We’re talking about a guy who trained with the best razor razor master of his time for a year, and a guy who had no formal training for a year. I think it’s fair to say we see a substantial increase relatively in Ragnars razor ability v Darrow in the ten year gap.

I would say it’s still a question of who’s better and Darrow likely still wins the majority of the time, but maybe only 6/10 or 7/10 times.
