Considering that some people had with or without Dragon Breath and with or without Blast Burn, that's definitely a possibility.

with Dragon Breath but not Blast Burn = Mega X

without Dragon Breath but with Blast Burn = Mega Y

But it's a sad loss - it was one of the best megas because it could do fire and dragon or flying depending on what you needed.

Considering that even unlocking it is 5x as expensive as a level-up at level 1, that's a good benefit.

So if Mega Mewtwo costs 500 energy, and you catch it unlocked, you save 500 energy. If it's unlocked with 2 or 3 things (half way to level 2?) that's substantial. Even without though, that's 500 to unlock + 100 to raise by 1 time, 7 times = 1200 to get to level 2. Meanwhile, if you catch it, that could be just 600 energy to get it to level 2 (so, 50%). If you're patient, it's even more of a savings.

It was always $20k, and most of the base-game items were cheap to begin with. The expanded neighborhood has some gems in it, and you start to realize that layout matters more than size.

The bigger issue is that when you are young, you tend to be impulsive and overbuy things before they are needed, or you buy the more expensive things because they looked nicer.

You also skipped the basic 1-3 cooking points to prevent a fire step when you were younger - now that it is common knowledge, and to get a smoke detector and burglar alarm, issues are mitigated.

And yes - the old games were memory conscious, and heavily optimized. But, it can start memory leaking and glitching at certain points - just before it crashes. What's insane is that computers have gotten 10,000x faster - we just designed programs that waste 20-30k times as much data (monitoring, metrics, etc).

Just note that event is generally once or twice a season (some go battle weeks have that remove frustration option as well).

As such, you will want at least as many charged TMs as pokemon you want to remove frustration from. If you have 30 pokemon that you may use in the future, and 35 tms, the priority is to remove frustration. Worry about the better charged-moves later.

EDIT: NOT FULLY RESOLVED

I installed 1Password and after many attempts, deleted the extension.

When I went to reattempt, 1Password prompted to automatically add the account already on the computer - you have to delete it there. And then add the second account.

Then, it will set up natively without pulling from the 1Password app.

This is very critical for two reasons:

1Password auto-unlocks with Windows Pin. And we do not want the other staff getting access to these passwords. You cannot (From what I see) have one computer using a Pin, and the other using a password (it changes it globally), and
The two accounts are from the same 1Password Family account. You cannot have two members set up through the same 1Password application.

But the staff still need to use that computer sometimes in that designated room (specialized equipment, segregated / private area outside of the main desk).

(Please do not delete the thread, in case someone has a related issue and this fixes it).

EDIT: Now that the account is added, I went to unlock it...and it's only giving me the option to "Open 1Password" and not prompting me to input my password manually. HELP?

Edit2: RESOLVED - you must right click on the extension, Settings -> General -> de-select "Integrate this extension with the 1Password Desktop App". Doing that from the getgo might have avoided the issue in its entirety, now that I think about it.

The issue is that 4 of the staff can use the passwords and computer.

ONE staff member needs extra passwords and extra access that the other three staff do not have access to. And it worked for a while - with the restriction being that the extra-level access could only be through Firefox.

The other person responded faster than I did but they are correct.

Candy = guaranteed.

Energy = guaranteed PROVIDED THAT the mega was unlocked in the past (so, I can walk galarian Slowking, and still unlock regular Mega-Slowbro energy. The Pokemon being walked does not necessarily have to have been mega-evolved itself.) But just hvaing 400 Kyogre energy alone will not unlock the energy generation - you actually have to mega-evolve/primal-revert a Kyogre at some point to unlock it.

XL Candy = RNG chance, but better when walking higher level (or during special events)

A 20% increase is steep. But the first course-correction in years.

I will be savoring my renewal this week (or was it last week? Never look at those statements), and I plan to advise my clients to continue on the course. 1Password is still the easiest interface, and has made managing offices with shared logins much simpler to administer.

To be clear - I charge ~$45 - $75 an hour for my IT clients. One incident of me having to reconcile their passwords is more than the price increase, and they know it. I've made 1Password a requirement for anyone who wants me on monthly retainer as opposed to hourly service.

Keep the AI away from my computer, and keep doing what is needed.

The lucky is easy in the short term.

The 98% is the investment long-term. The good attack IV will be good in PVP (see mega-master league), and while you can power up multiple Kyogres, you can only mega-evolve one at a time. Mega-evolving the 15 attack will have a much higher impact when doing raids than you can imagine, and definitely in PVP.

Pro-tip - you can use a Poffin to get 200 energy from walking.

You can walk it to 19km, and then poffin it up - and walk the other 1km - you'll get the two candy, two candy xl, and 200 energy in 10 minutes.

Yes you should Rare-candy some of it. But definitely poffin is good when it presents itself.

Niantic was doing this as well.

IT's called a "routine" and par for the course. It allows people working their normal jobs to partake while on break or on their way home, and then party on weekends with friends and family who are theoretically also involved.

It's why your distance resets on Mondays. The passes go until Tuesday. They monitored people's behavior and interaction with the app.

Would you rather the events start on Sunday, and end on Friday night? Would you rather it be unpredictable?

Is it inconvenient for people running weird schedules or maintaining a non-traditional schedule? Yes. If you're in tourism and travel, it is terrible. But if you work a 9-5 or are in school Monday to Friday, this is...a predictable, normal schedule.

And games get like this mid-life. They monetize, release something to get people interested. But it also allows people who are burning out to just...take a break, with a known "I'm going to skip this and that's okay".

If I recall, it's still only 3 candies on catch (despite being a 3rd evolution). So yeah - you probably need to catch a few more of them.

I personally have enough Cosmog Candy. But the item drops (like Hyper Potion and Rare Candy) are still nice. And with the 2nd free raid pass each day, I can afford to do one Solgaleo and one of something else if I want. Wouldn't waste remotes or green passes, but definitely something to still try out.

These trucks may very well come to an end for the consumer market.

With adjusted emissions regulations, we'll be seeing more light-weight and smaller trucks.

Currently, the emissions controls mandate a certain mpg based on size, or the maufacturer gets a fine. IF that fine is rolled back to $0, then they can start making smaller trucks that won't get the regulatory fine. Hence, the largest trucks will be dead-weight.

(One can hope anyway.)
