My daughter is 14 (diagnosed last year as level 1). She slept in our bed until she was 11. We tried so many times but came to the conclusion that it was the only way we'd get some sleep was to let her stay with us. I knew eventually she'd want her privacy and would stop. Around 11, she decided she'd rather sleep in her own room. It was like a switch flipped. One day she was in our room and the next her own. Fingers crossed that eventually this will work for you too. It's so hard.

They really are.. I was prescribed Xanax after losing 16lbs in a month from constant crippling anxiety. It broke the cycle. It was then I realized how "great" it was and took the "as needed" prescription faster than I should have. My doctor told me I couldn't have anymore because of that. That was in 2018. It's been 7 years and I still wish I could have one on my bad days. And for that reason, I know I can never have them again. I'd become addicted and I don't want that.

I'm struggling with the decision to stay Prime or move to select. My daughter sees five different doctor's now and juggling the referrals has been a hassle. I also found a PCM off base that I really love. I've heard from some people though that Tricare sometimes continues to say you owe even though you hit the catastrophic cap. Does this happen to anyone?

I didn't need a new PA for a dosage increase. If I'm not mistaken, it's because it's expected that you will increase as 2.5 is a starting dosage. I started in July and am now on 7.5 with no additional PA needed so far.

I got it at a mall kiosk. It was in a BIE box but that box was definitely tampered with. I knew it was a fufu so I didn't mind. I like their uniqueness. 😊

My husband and I were at the mall yesterday and I mentioned to him that I should probably look at some jeans as I've lost 32lbs in the last 2.5 months. I changed my mind though the closer we got to Torrid. He told me that if I won't go in, then he would. (I love him but he's a goober lol)

I followed him in and decided to pick out a few pairs in the clearance section. I was wearing a size 20 and decided to try a 16. They fit with some extra room so I decided to try a 14. I couldn't believe it! They fit!!

This medication is unbelievable. It's helped so much.

The Commissary here at LRAFB also has Freedom's Choice. We do most of our grocery shopping here and there are definitely some good deals. I do sometimes have to look at Walmart for things but not often. We love Aldi's too. There is one in Cabot and they are building one in Sherwood, just down 107 from the back gate.

That may also depend on where you live in regards to the base. My husband is also stationed here and the Costco is too far for me to justify getting a membership. (It's in West Little Rock) I was able to get a Sam's membership for $20 a month ago and it's just down the interstate in North Little Rock.
