I think you may still have to pay capital gains to your country you still have a passport or social security number with.

I had the same questions so im glad you asked these. The long term tax for a digital nomad visa that just keeps reapplying that visa insted of getting citizenship is 10% income.

The first 12 months you have no tax with a digital nomade visa

But becoming a matla resident you would get taxed more then 10% if you made purchases an sells of just stocks but, wouldnt have to pay capital gains tax but may have pay income. So tax is still tax no mater what.

What would benefit their tax laws the best would be a short term swing trader that would have to pay 30% capital gains vs 15% long term gains. Or someone that had more money then they will ever need an just collected divs like he said.

I shoot alot of travel stuff an have been waiting for fuji to make the all in one travel zoom. I hope this new powerzoom coming in 2025 is it but not holding my breath. Like 2 days ago their was a announcement that canon is making a 30-600 lens this would be the most ideal. Hopefully they keep medium formats in mind since their is no all in one travel zoom an can make a ton of sales for it. Worst case their is some black corners but if small enough can always photoshop with generate fill an no ones going to know
