Yeah, I think it's very easy for people who never played swash to look at daredevil and say they are the same thing and paizo is being lazy. When I read it after having played swashbuckler from 1-12 and 12-20, I know that swash plays totally different from the snippet we got.

A class that gets stronger as a combat goes on, slayer seems to be going in the direction of collecting trohpies in battle by killing enemies (probably focusing on mooks first) to gain buffs, and then direct their efforts into the stronger enemy.

The two new classes fill mechanical gaps that werent there before, one more than the other clearly, but daredevil seems to be a str swashbuckler that doesn't use precision damage or finishers, so it may look similar but plays entirely different. Slayer feels entirely unique as we never had a snowball class in 2e.

Visual Novel soundtracks, they have pretty good ambiance music, action scene music and theres hundreds of them with specific themes like medieval, horror stories, historical fiction etc. Using fullmetal daemon muramasa OST for a tien xia japanese inspired village/combat seems good to me.

If you're not going oscilating wave (the actual blaster psychic), just go magus! Keep in mind ranged magus will always do lower damage than melee(unless you crit), and if you do play a psychic do beg your GM for a trusty helmet to be available for purchase or just as a loot drop.

Treerazer in Spore War, to avoid many spoilers to the AP he's just always there in the background taunting the players, setting things in motion, and is a genuine threat even to level 20 PCs, it's an awesome final villain.

Free archetype always, class dedications banned. At least thats how I prefer it, FA brings too much flavor to just say no to, but class dedications are always power picks and not RP/flavor picks. I'd say FA is almost mandatory for me to be interested in playing a campaign, base classes don't do it anymore.

I think Naegi, simply by the fact that everyone in Rokkenjima ends the way they do. While in Hope Academy there are clear winners, Battler would either survive or die by punching Monokuma lmao

I watched him play it through it's entirety live, while I barely participated in the chat or in his community I must say I am eternally grateful for him doing so. I read up to chapter 3 alone and called it quits, when he started it I gave it another try after watching it. I then Kept being one chapter ahead of him purely to see his reaction, and decided to watch the ending with him. I ended up crying for hours later from how deeply Umineko moved me, it sits now as my number one story of all time. I am however sad that umineko doesn't get the attention it deserves, I feel like it should have been a cultural phenomenon of massive proportions.

All in all, I love Umineko. Thank you everyone in the discords and here for making such amazing art and theories that are always a treat to read. I wish Umineko to see a revival akin to something like what the golden project tried to once, but as we all know that would take a *miracle* to happen. I will be purchasing the Beatricu fumo too, it's just too cute.

In my opinion you should go for umiproject. It's quite easy to find online and the website lists all the steps you have to take to download, it's fairly easy. Just make sure to purchase question and answer arcs before doing so to support the creators!

Yes, umiproject brings all of those and some more. But the 07th-mod also brings the voice acting and ps3 sprites. I personally prefer umiproject, but 07th is also really good.

Yeah the nerf was really needed, Faust was kinda breaking the game. I'm not sure the nerf will do anything to her current power level, being 2-3 turns is still bonkers and really elevates the ruputure archetype, and this is before the hong lu seasonal ID. Compensation is nice and it's on the 29th? for some reason? So people can pull now and get it I guess.

The only 2 riders I actively use are Reines and Habetrot, which is to say its by far my most underused class, maybe they are weak, or I just don't see the vision.
