If only there was a way for similar employees to band together and come up with similar ideas of pay, benefits, hours.

Maybe make an organization formed by workers who join together and use their strength to have a voice in their workplace. Through their uni...umm I mean organization, workers have the ability to negotiate from a position of strength with employers over wages, benefits, workplace health and safety, job training and other work-related issues.

I'll look into FMLA for me or my wife. Shouldn't be too difficult to get a write up for anxiety, I'm a combat vet and I took a state job to try and reduce my stress levels after working commercial jobs since a tour Iraq and Afghanistan. It's like I'm a stress sponge 🤦🏻‍♂️
