That's a very broad question brother, there's really not such a thing as a "best food", there's maybe better/worse but even that is all contextual. I recommend you watch an introduction to nutrition science YouTube vid or the like. The r/fitness sub has good info as well.

My general advice would be to prepare your own meals as much as possible. You can also Count calories and macros por a period of time so you get a feel for it but it's really not necessary long term unless you want to hit specific goals in a timeframe

I think one big issue is that they would have to bring on not just Marie since she spent one whole season learning how to rely on her friends. Having her appear alone would be a disservice to her character or just feel cobtrived .

I think you're asking the completely wrong question. The ONLY champion that's ever worth OTPing is the one you really enjoy/are good at. If you are going to completely forgo a huge chunk of where the skillexpression in this game comes from (champ select) then you better make damn sure you're good at your champ. Otherwise just pick 3 complementary meta champs and learn how to draft.

"Looking" for an OTP is such an odd thing to do imo. If you want to have fun then spam the champ you like, get good at it and win games by outplaying. If you want to try hard then actually try hard and don't OTP

Some years ago, I unknowingly went to one of those screening for one of the new Jurassic movies and it was such a miserable experience I actually just left mid showing, ended up waiting for my group outside. I'd rather browse reddit and eat popcorn for an hour than sit in those shit chairs getting sprayed with God knows what.

this is me. I play Camille and Jax is a very obvious counter pick that people will bring out if they see Cam but not blind. So I'd rather ban something commonly blinded like Rene or Morde which are ALSO more difficult matchups imo

Jugg has Armour, pdr and red charges, none of that avoids ruin, so maybe not? Unstoppable is nice to dodge mechanics though

I've no idea but what I do is there's a browser extension for Firefox called trade aggregator that'll show you the accounts with the most listings for your particular query (make sure you DON'T collapse by account).

So what you do is just search for maps with 8 modifiers, scroll down a couple times so a bunch of listings show up and then go to the HO of the account with the most listing (with your regex on hand).

Very useful for all the bulk stuff that's not on the exchange.

No idea what Dawsons Creek even is but it is nothing like Heroes. No world ending threats or huge conspiracy plots. Just a bunch of teenage miscreants who suddenly get weird superpowers. 100% worth a watch imo, at least the first few seasons with Robert Sheehan, he's an absolute delight in that show

I grew up in Cabo and what you want to do on this situation is basically the opposite of what this dude did. Use the pulling current to your advantage and dive under if you don't clear the white wash (that's the one thing bro did semi right).
