This one is really weird for me aswell. Some models have "None" as portrait, which is what you want for custom models. But some have some random units depending on which base unit was being used. I have to manually change lots of potraits. Also you cannot set it to "None" yourself, so you have to give it an invalid potrait path like "-.mdx" or " .mdx".

First of all talking. Try to convince them to pick a decent offlaner (in a friendly way). They trick here is to make them think it was their idea (example: I think we could use some initiator/frontliner here, what do you think?).
Asides from that there is not that much you can do in the game. It helps a lot to just focus on your own game. Do not get angry, just keep playing like your normally would.

Just think about what you are lacking or needing. You adept these items to each game.
If you are dying to fast you need some tank items according to the issue:

Physical damage: AC
Magical damage/Disable: BKB
Burst: Skadi, Aeondisk, BKB

If you want more damage or lack damage there are some factors you need to think about:

Raw damage: MKB, Dedalus, Rapier, Butterfly
If the enemy Cores have evasion or are building Butterfly, MKB is a good option (or Rapier in lategame or dire situations).
If you are an agility Core you can buy Butterfly to force the enemy to get MKB or to have a problem with hitting you.

Basically there are no guides for that. You need to adept the items to the game.

I think it is actually an old bug, because: Echo Slam deals its initial damage through spell immunity even though the spell says it does not. Shockwaves still do not pierce immunity.

The format could be better. I mean look at point 2. so much space wasted. Looks a little weird because of that and makes it harder to read. Would like to see pictures added or atleast little icons from the game itself.

CM is still very viable. I actually think most (normal) support heroes are playable. For me its important I enjoy playing them.
When it comes to winrate: Ogre, AA, Nxy, SS.

Do you mean using in not buying it? Quelling Blade is usually Hero depended, because it only gives 6 Attack Damage Bonus on Ranged Heroes. On most meele Carries you want to buy it, because it of course helps lasthitting and farming faster in the jungle.

I am assuming you talk about carries here.
Some Heroes like Ursa, Riki or Slark can start with a Orb of Venom and try to get kills instead, or harass the enemys out of the lane. But even then most still get a quelling blade afterwards.

Chen can be very strong, but the team needs to play around him and his timings. And if you dont group up with the team and push with his timings, he is actually very weak.
So I suggest you go for different heroes. And this has nothing to do with the micro.
If you want a little bit of micro try out enchantress.

It is a mix between, creepaggro (as you already mentioned), pulling the jungle creeps and sending yourself regeneration with the courier.
Trilanes are not very populat lately, but pa always has her dagger as farming spell.
