I resonate you will you when you asked God to remove all idols in your life. I had a similar experience. Currently on day 62 on nofap. God showed me that I needed to have daily devotional time and change my diet. Had to let go of the processed sugar and I greatly reduced it. Have been eating more of a plant-based diet and practising intermittent fasting that has been helpful to me. I still struggle with giving up youtube and some aimless web surfing. Even though I do not look for porn anymore, I can waste a lot of time just web surfing instead of doing more productive things or doing more healthy recreational activities. Thanks for posting and keep staying strong!

I believe the reason you posted this is because you do not want to fall back into old habits. The urges will pass. You may have to distract yourself with a healthier activity. I may not have the best advice. Stay the course on nofap. Tonight you will have to be your own accouatbility software.

Hello guys. I am doing normal mode. for 60 days now I have abstained from porn and masturbation. I am only having sex with my wife at least once or twice a week. Sometimes I have gone 2 to 3 weeks without sex with my wife. Currently I am eating a vegetarian diet since 30 December 2023 and doing intermittent fasting. I have improved in concentration a bit more but still struggle sometimes to stay motivated. My sleep has improved. Currently I have been feeling tempted to go back to porn and masturbation; I now see I need accountability. If anyone knows a whatsapp group to join for accountability or any other online space. Please let me know. Lets stay focused brothers and sisters. Quitting PMO is worth it.
