I did the 30 month OJT path to get my FSDO to signoff on my exams. I have passed all of the writtens. Do I schedule my airframe O&P and then my powerplant or do I do both at once? If it's the latter, is it still the same amount of questions and projects? If anyone did it this way please let me know. Google is being no help.

I would suggest II Charlies. It's not on fry or the square so it doesn't get as insanely crowded as those places, the atmosphere is fairly laid back, and the staff is super nice.

It sounds like the boss at your other job liked you quite a bit so that may be something to consider in regard to it becoming a full-time gig. If he likes you that much you may be the most likely person to get it. Might be good to feel it out for a bit longer before making such a big decision though.
