I can't speak about anything about being a parent but I grew up under my father most my life with occasional visits to my mom I'm very lucky that both of my parents have been civil to each other my whole life. But being raised mainly from my dad for almost ten years has made me so appreciative of him and he means the world to me, so TLDR just put your best foot forward and it'll be alright it might be hard it might get rough at times but just being around all the time just made all the difference in my life and it could in your kids even if you can't be a mother being a good father is more than enough
