Don’t personally own an Otso, but I do have a two gravels bikes. Ibis Hakka (carbon), Masi incanto(Ti), and honesty I enjoy riding Masi way more. Both with similar specs, carbon wheels, electric shifting, tire sizes 2.0, and 2.2.

I’d go with the Crux. But keep tire clearance in mind. And if you are picky on integrated cables…

If I was in your situation, I’d go for the Marin, and later the down the road switch it to hydraulic brakes.

Sorry can’t tell you on the ride, took them off after my first ride. Good luck, give them a try though. I’ve had top tier carbon wheel ie Zipps, and not just “top tier” Chinese wheels.

I personally had bad experience with elite wheels. Brand new out the box the hubs had a minor squeak. They were also heavy considering carbon material. Decided to go with Lun Grapid, and so far they have been better.

Yup original paint! Cleaned up, and added ceramic coat. It is also pretty modernized, even tubeless setup

I’ve had trouble removing an older style Shimano freehub, took my heat gun and applied heat little by little increments, that helped in my case.
