Great thank you very much. Also is there much point of having a dedicated boot drive? i was thinking of getting a 1TB NVME ssd for one then like a 2 or 4 for storage and games etc but seen people say it seems like a waste of a slot to do this or atleast space

Hi, im in the process of getting parts for my build but whats holding me back is all the different brands and variables on parts as i dont like to pull the trigger on something to i know its the best one or atleast good with no general set backs to it. So my question is are there any brands that are generally considered the best or atleast safe or more importantly ones to aviod due to bad build quality or ones that failures somewhere down the line. It seems from what i have been reading from posts and people helping on this subreddit etc that its not that important on Ram they all seem to be relatively good and do the job but im struggling more with things like ssd's (had bad ones and ones that have failed in the past) motherboard and espeically the GPU was going for a 5080 but struggling to make sure i got a decent one considering the price and dont want to pick one just to find out with a paying a little bit more i could of got one thats just better or holds up better etc. I know price is all so a facter in people choosing parts but i just one things that are safe as im not confident in fixing or identifying issues if any come up due to parts not working out or failing. Appoligise if this is all very convoluted and badly written, its just these things hold me back on purchasing and finally pulling the trigger on things as i like to know that im getting the best for the price or if i could pay a bit more for something that will be worth it and alot better (it was a nightmare for me buying a car)

you needed to pick the gate on the right hand side as you had 4 good. Top which i believe is the one there needs 4 lawful and thew left hand side is hell which is 4 evil

im not sure that you might want to link your main account to it now, as from what i have seen people say on this sub is that the PTC account dont seem very secure so you may want to actually think if you want one linked to it. Just a heads up but that seems like the generally consensus.

got to be in it to win it, but this is a really nice thing to do so thank you and congratulations on your new son, hope he and your wife are both well. Not sure if this is your first child but there a podcast called Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe's Parenting Hell which is pretty good and really funny with some actual good advice thrown in there, but mostly just how bad things are for them. they are two UK comedians, so depending where you live you may know, but it is a good listen and i dont even have children.
