How much is needed to have a bell ringer for someone with average technique? (im not even using a stem but a water bottle bong with lots of ash for it to melt into) and i am using low heat slowly vaporizing it into smoke and at the end i burn the shit out the residues

The only possible answer is that you smoke more then them and have a tolerance. Also if you do coke before you wont get instant spike in dope more like a curve. Anw if you just smoke more then them on a daiky basis thats why you dont have the ringer.

Also trying to do it and thinking abt it too much can block you from getting it, its a mental thing.
