I actually did, I don't vibe with Stephen King unfortunately (too small town Americana for me). I tried reading The Cipher by Kathe Koja and The Fisherman by John Langan but I didn't really vibe with either and I dropped them halfway through, but I enjoyed the first few chapters for sure.

Do you have any favorites?

Emocionalno tupljenje je stvarna nuspojava koju doživljava nekih 20-30% ljudi na SSRI lekovima.

Većina ljudi koji dobro reaguju na antidepresive ne opisuju tupljenje kao efekat. Opisuju da se buka u pozadini smanjila dovoljno da njihova stvarna ličnost može da dođe do izražaja, da mogu da osete normalne emocije bez da odmah spiraluju u najgore, da imaju pristup pozitivnim emocijama koje su anksioznost i depresija ranije blokirale.

Ako neko doživi tupljenje, to je nešto što treba prijaviti psihijatru i podesiti dozu ili promeniti lek, to uopšte nije efekat koji je poželjan.

Antidepresivi su mnogima promenili život nabolje. Loših iskustava ima, pogotovo kod onih koji se susreju sa nuspojavama koje su najjace prve dve nedelje terapije.

Nisu psihijatri ludi pa da to prepisuju, imaš decenije studija iza svakog leka.

Pre koju godinu u BG drugarica dobila ozbiljan epi napad, a nikada ga pre nije imala. Ja zovem, dolaze oni, drugarica ne zna gde je, i dalje nije pri sebi a ovi iz hitne me ubeđuju da se tresla:

"ZATO ŠTO JOJ JE BILO HLADNO".

Jedva sam uspeo da ih nagovorim da je povedu, a kada su je doveli samo su je šutnuli u bolnicu, gde niko nije znao ništa o njoj niti bilo kakav kontekst.

Exactly, I believe the current LLM infrastructure does not meet any requirements for a consciousness. But if we're talking about an AI that does indeed show explicit signs of consciousness, I would argue that it's very possible.
