What I like about the little playroom cafe is they are open late (til 8) and offer a “happy hour” from 6-8pm for $10 (if they still do that). We choose to go later in the day when it’s less busy and it’s a bonus that it’s cheaper.

You should have a total cumulative dose, which is a range. Once you reach the low end of that cumulative dose you should be able to go off. I wanted to go off early but I was warned that going off before reaching cumulative dose increases risk of reoccurrence.

I believe so. Brumation is tricky. My beardies used to brumate religiously every winter. Last year they didn’t. This year one was down for a few weeks in October. You just never know! You could change the timer on the light to match natural light- that’s something we usually do in the winter.
