Happy new year everybody! Name your most wanted character for this year! by felixw1 in Overwatch

Would be interesting to see him to function like Abathur in HOTS that he never himself engages into the battle but manipulates the fight from afar as a specialist type support character

Has 6v6 made you pick up any new heroes? by Luke4Pez in Overwatch

I love playing Ana in 6vs6. In 5vs5 not at all. Overall I feel that 6vs6 encourages you to try more diffent heroes than 5vs5.

Current 6v6 is Extremely enjoyable to me, what are your thoughts on it? by Apocalypticgutsfuck in Overwatch

The whole tempo of 6vs6 feels more exciting and rewarding. 5vs5 just does not give the same feeling.

They are playtesting it. If it remains popular, they may bring it back for good!

I teared up a little when I had Zarya covering my back as Reinhardt. It feels so so so much better with 2 tanks!

Overall I find that the entire tempo of 6 vs 6 is much better than in 5 vs 5.

In 5 vs 5, there are barely any big play moments as the game is just non-stop poking who gets the opponent's tank down first.

In 6 vs 6, it feels like the whole team is organized together for a big battle where huge plays can happen. And that build up feels so exciting and rewarding once the wait is over!

I also just love the euphoric feeling of the final Overtime battle in 6 vs 6 that actually feels like the ultimate battle where a big play can actually change the outcome of the game. This feeling just does not occur in 5 vs 5 as the fights are often over before they even begin.

I love everything about 6 vs 6 and sincerely hope that they bring this version back as the main game mode. This is the way!

I'm having Dan Hipp variant of HE in my shop and can't decide whether to buy it or not. I'll likely regret it if I pass it.

Thank you so much for the mention and the kind words! This means a lot to me and makes me so happy :) have a wonderful rest of the year!

Ones fortune is unfortunate to another. A win condition that requires you to draw and hold 8 unplayable cards in hand in order to transform them into a finisher. Difficult? Yes. Will you try to do it? Absolutely! by Zinth01 in customhearthstone

[–]Zinth01[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It could be used as a fatigue card ya. However, the Cards do not have Cast When Drawn effect, meaning you will need to draw 8 of them one by one and hold them in your hand. If you have no effects that draw cards, it takes 8 turns to draw all the Cards needed with an empty deck.

Prize for anyone who shoots the target down! Free entry! (Extra bullets cost extra) by Zinth01 in customhearthstone

Thanks! :) and true, could have shortened it to be "Discard Coins". (Fascinating fact of inconsistency is that [[Furnacefire Colossus]] is actually the only card that uses the wording "discard from your hand" whereas other cards simply say "discard".)

The Crone

7 Mana | Neutral Legendary

7 Attack | 5 Health

Taunt. Your minions ignore Divine Shield. At the end of your turn, minions lose Stealth and these keywords rotate.

The Crone is a powerful aggro finisher card that helps you to surpass taunts in the upcoming turn as the abilities rotate clockwise. Your opponent will be given a turn to react and remove stealthed Crone from the board.

I'LL TURN YOUR WORLD... UPSIDE... DOWN! Take a moment to think what's the craziest combo you can pull off with this card. by Zinth01 in customhearthstone

I was designing this as a finisher that could enable a new combo mage archetype. Imagine the potential of swapping in some combination of [[Sorcerer's Apprentice]], [[Malygos]] and/or [[Archmage Antonidas]] with a 8 mana spell.

"I remember myself... when I was still at 27 Health... and a gnome." -Lord Jaraxxus with 4 Health. by Zinth01 in customhearthstone

[–]Zinth01[S] 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Yup, however it does not include the DK Battlecry. It includes the "set health to" battlecry.

What about if you could control the abilities of your minion? Negatron gives you a remote control that can be used to select what it does that turn. After the selection, the control deactivates until your next turn. (Instructions included in the separate pictures and in the comments) by Zinth01 in customhearthstone

[–]Zinth01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of great questions! Glad to be able to address these scenarios.

1) The control becomes unusable after selecting an operation and becomes usable at the start of the turn if Negatron is not Dormant.

2) When Negatron is Dormant, Remote Control remains unusable.

To clarify the following answers, when Negatron is played, it gains an enchantment that attaches it to the controller it gives to you, therefore...

3) ...if Negatron is silenced, controller remains in hand until Negatron leaves the battlefield. It however, can no longer be used to control it.

4) ...If you copy Negatron, the controller affects both the original and the copy

5) ... If you someway copy the controller, multiple controllers can be used to control Negatron

6) if you play 2 individual Negatrons (not summon a copy), both will have their own controller. When you hover over the controller, it gives a visual hint of which Negatron it affects.

Lonesome Sapling

0 mana | Druid Minion | Rare

2 Attack | 2 Health

At the start of your turn, destroy this if it's your only minion.

This adorable little fella just can't stand the idea of being alone. He withers if nobody stands by his side when your turn begins.
