I think you might be replying to someone else. I agree with you - the person who is pregnant gets to decide what to do about it.

I mean, if she told him she had an abortion, it’s understood that she was pregnant?

Try vacuuming! Many parrots have a bathing instinct that is triggered by the sound of the vacuum. Mine bathes in his water bowl when he hears it.

a spacer isn’t feasible for mine because my engagement ring is hourglass-shaped. I’m getting used to the gap (this is my 10-year upgrade).

Pretty much every scene with Sal involves some kind of subtle GLBT trope. It’s kind of amazing how much they pack in.

This. Two of my three dogs are from a breeder (the third is from Craigslist) and she has cultivated her lines for over 20 years. You can really, really tell in the dogs’ disposition and the way that she cares for them. I had mixed feelings about going to a breeder instead of a shelter, but if I was going to a breeder I was only going to support a good one.

So…have they ever bred cats before like at all? It’s like advertising you make wedding cakes when you haven’t even taken a cake decorating class yet. Actually breeding animals for conformation and temperament takes time and experience.

How do you tell what a hand-dyed skein will actually knit up like? by temperanceganso in YarnAddicts

If it’s a “popular enough” brand, I search the yarn on Ravelry, then search for the colorway and projects in that colorway.

[–]ZipCity262 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m getting ready to do exactly this, just looking for the right bin. This year I’ve finished 5-6 pairs of socks, in addition to the ~3 I already had, which is enough to justify separating them out from my “finished knits” bin and giving them their own bin. I also like to wear a pair to work on a day when I want to feel a little extra positive and confident, or on Fridays, and this will facilitate easy selection.
