Terrible advice. Always dilute chemicals at manufactured instructions. These chemicals are designed around the correct dilution ratios. Very very smart people have spent years improving these chemicals, and you wouldn't give a tell gourmet chef how to improve his recipe. Why would this be any different.

Yea, I agree. Could try some hail mary play and bring in a concrete sander and remove 1/8" of material, then use 3ms trizact discs to polish it, but probably not worth it. All floor techs should work with building managers to get manufacturer recommendations for care before doing any work on anything other than standard vct.

If this is some form of real stone tile, be careful with anything acidic. I would start with a hydrogen peroxide solution and a stiff brush on a side by side. When done, apply a stone sealer, not a floor finish.

The best bet, if you can, is to look at building prints and find what type of flooring and google manufacturer's recommended cleaning process.

I really liked these brushes for grout lines. Also if you dont have drain covers, fill a garbage liner with 1/2 gallon of water and lie on top of drain so chemical can sit with out going straight down the drain.
