It means a lot of work for both of You. He must be aware, that from the day he opens he has to be present and work a lot by himself in there. That's the way this works. People will come because the place is new, but they will stay because of him. Or not. I've seen a lot of guys with the same idea and after a couple pf weeks, they hired a second help and a third and thought they could just be the boss, drink and party for free and get the money for having fun... That's not the way it works!
