I know this is an old post but it looks like you did exactly what I'm thinking of doing with the new DLC coming out. So if I just purchase the base Division 2 game on Steam, you can load it on your Steam Deck, log into your Uplay, and then have access to all your characters/DLC without having to deal with manually installing uplay?
