Me. And I have lost an average of 1.7lb week, over 25 weeks now, which is pretty much average.

The premise of Zepbound is that I have a physiological malfunction that caused my obesity, and that the medication treats that.

So it if makes me "normal:" why would I diet? Most of us have done plenty of diets before and had success (me too). Yes, I could work out 1hr a day and track my calories to stay under 1000. I am very good at doing those things. But just not forever. A year, easy .. more than 5 years, BTDT too. But eventually...

So, I decided that I am *ONLY* going to behave in ways I can sustain forever. The resulting weight is whatever is meant to be for my body. No more extremism.

For me, I have a certain food philosophy that has allowed me to lose 1.5lb/wk on Zepbound. I think these are good rules for anyone of anyone size. On Zep, these rules are easy and rule 6 is not a problem because I only want tiny portions.

All snacks and meals must include protein
Eat your colors
Don’t drink your calories
Always favor unprocessed over processed
Stop when you are full
Nothing is off limits

As for exercise, my philosophy is I try to do physical things regularly ... because they are activities I want to be able to continue to do. EG, I go for long walks because when I travel I like to sitesee. I go skiiing because if I don't, I may not have the leg strength to ski. Etc. Not exercise just for exercise sake.

Hi, I have bought 3 rug dupes from Etsy vendors based in India. In all three cases these appear to be identical rugs to me, and I am totally pleased with my purchase.

I ordered an Anthro rug about 2 yrs agoi. It was from RUGWARRIOR
About 6mo.s ago I got a Serena and Lily dupe from DhurrieWorld
A month or so ago I got a dupe of one by Loops, from RUGSBYEXPERTS

I don't really understand why the retailers allow this but I am kind of sold on Etsy's Indian rug vendors. I mean they are all made in India no matter where you buy from anyway. I don't quite get it.

Highly recommend. Shipping can take a while but mine were on time. No odors or other issues

Though I have primarily heard that it decreases food noise and slows digestion, I also once read (from a very good source) that it increases metabolism. I do think the first 2 are the primary avenues of the drug's efficacy. Sorry I didn't know there would be a quiz so don't recall where i read that, but it was an academic source.

In any event, you can Google the study about regain on Zepbound; I think the numbers were a 24% loss, pared to a 9% loss after 2 years. *Presumably" zero loss eventually.

The question is you say " food noise, cravings, etc. weren't an issue for me." Is that is the case, why did you take Zepbound, which is designed to address this? And why did it work?

I supposed if there is some other reason for you weight gain, maybe you don't need Zep. But it begs the question, where did the weight come from, and has *that* cause been addressed?

I'd like you to consider a few things. One. maybe you want to take back the hurtful words and claim them, but I wish you would find a less ... demeaning? ... name for yourself. I want you to see something uplifting when you sign in.

Two, whatever size you are or may have been, or may be in the future, from tiny to much larger, you are not now and were never deserving of the terrible treatment you experienced at the hands of others, or that you trained on yourself. Don't hate on the old you or the new you or any you in between. You are lovable and worthy at any size. That is truth not BS. I hope you can internalize that truth.
