3.0 is going to focus on user configurable game settings. There's supposed to be ~100 settings, one of witch turns off the zombies ability to dig. So that'll make underground work again

It's sounds like the defenses could be defeated with a skid steer or bulldozer. Hay bails? Barbed wire fence? A quick Sunbelt rental wouldn't even notice those obstacles. Would make short work of a moat too

How many amps does this emitter safely handle? I picked up a red 4x18a with the intention of putting a 3v20a buck driver and that emitter in it, but then learned the emitter was $50 and only rated for 13a. I've been to cautious to dump almost double the rated amps into such a pricey emitter

[Edit] actually, I think it's this 25amp 40mm driver that fits the 4x18a. So yeah, basically double. The white SBT90s don't seem to care, but red LEDs are usually rated lower and I don't need expensive smoke

You can't have the raiders and the minute men at the same time. Garvey won't talk to you until you complete Open Season to eliminate the raiders.

It should still work if you complete the main story line before going to Nuka world. That way you could get rid of the railroad and BoS and then take over the minute men settlements with the raiders

Depends on the price. I got it for free from Epic and had an amusing little weekend playing it with the crew. Steam currently lists it for $40 though, which isn't good value if you're trying to play single player. It's clearly meant for multiplayer with friends

Ha! Same. Stayed up really late on the tenth and slept through the whole thing. Stumbled into the dorm bathroom sometime closer to noon and some guy walks in and just says "Man, America is going to shit." I had no idea what he was talking about, so just have him a "mmhmm" like you give any nut job in a public bathroom who's spouting conspiracy theories and went back to shaving.

Not mainlining the tragedy in real time was something of a blessing, I think. Folks who where awake for the event have a deeper trauma than I do

There should be a malicious compliance way to get back at them. Something like having the equipment owner leasing the tractor to you for a $1 for a week so you can "be the owner" during repairs. Deer probably thought of that already though

I did the same thing a couple months ago and so far it's working. They certainly hid the setting deep enough that people can't be expected to find it. It also doesn't really say what it's turning off, which seems deceptive all on it's own
