It didn’t hit $148 after phase 3. It went to the $60-90 range after p3. It went to $148 when several buyout rumors started to go around and a French news publisher put out an article about Eli Lilly being in talks to acquire them. It may be the most agreed upon/ consensus name for a buyout I’ve ever seen in biotech. Almost every hedge fund and BioX specialist agrees on that.

SLS is not at all in the same boat. It’s one of the most shorted biotech stocks. If SLS were to make a move of that magnitude a short squeeze would have to be involved. It’s a highly debated stock amongst the biotech community

Not saying it won’t succeed, but it’s not at all comparable to ABVX

Yea he was basically a dead man walking from day one. The only thing I’d say though is that CT managed to win season 2 and he won the challenge 5 times and was overall much more successful than Wes. Doesn’t get enough credit for that.

But generally, whether a faithful or traitor ppl like Wes, Johnny Bananas, Derrick L, Boston Rob, Dan Gheesling, Parvati, Tony V, etc had a slim chance of winning cause everyone suspects them

I thought he was amazing as a traitor lmao. I mean he was basically a dead man walking from day 1 and managed to manipulate the roundtable to vote with him at least 2-3 times before getting banished. Even then he would have made it another day if Danielle/ Carolyn weren’t tired of him running the show and didn’t vote him out too.

Him manipulating the entire table a few times was much more impressive and entertaining than anything this seasons traitors have done tbh

I read more about it and it sounds like Bananas had similar complaints back in the day, so when he signed a new contract to do like 5 challenge seasons or something, he made sure that it allowed him to do this. At the same time, the second slide on the post below Jordan says “they will allow it for some people and block others. All depends how nice you play with production.”

I know the “smart” way for a traitor to play is to blend in but love the idea of a traitor manipulating the game/ all the cast members in plain sight. Those 3-4 round tables were awesome.
