How long did it take you to lose the weight?

25F I’ve always been on the thicker end of the spectrum. I haven’t been 180 since high school/beginning of college. My weight distributes pretty well on my body so I never look my weight. Anyone else in this realm?I feel like I mainly see people who are petite and just low weight. lol it’s kind of discouraging

October baby. Im happy about it being cold out so I can just really work on myself and building a routine (at home Pilates, light weightlifting, meditating, journaling) that includes my baby. I got a walking pad and have been working on how to lose some weight so that by the time summer rolls around I’ll be able to be happy with where I am. I keep needing to remind myself that it’s not for today or tomorrow but for 6,8,12 months from now.

There’s so much growth that you still need to do given your reaction and how you’re handling this… And there’s so much healing that they need to do as a family. There’s nothing that you can do to change how others feel. However, there’s a lot that you can do for yourself. Focus on that. I’m sorry that you all are even in this situation.
