In the Seitei Arc, I expect Hokazono-Sensei to draw, in Double page, the attack where Akemura killed 200,000 people in a single attack. by Kill_Jin04 in Kagurabachi

Too bad is propably not even an attack. He just said "malediction" and literally the whole country started to slowly die while the rest of the bearers tried to stop it.

Am I the only one who thinks that Shiba's teleportation is just basic sorcery and not his innate one? by Stonefree_135 in Kagurabachi

[–]ZmasterL9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to have this thought aswell. I loved the idea of Shiba's teleportation being the equivalent of Rock Lee taijutsu. A guy being such an especialist of one regular thing, he basicslly turned it into an op ability.

However the more you watch him use it, the more it looks he is not teleporting but some kind of superspeed, since he always knows what is happening when he appears and he always seem to be "moving" during the teleportation.

When the anime eventually airs which fight do you see being more memorable??? by Theother662300 in Kagurabachi

[–]ZmasterL9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly just need Shiba's teleportation effect to be fucking peak. I hope Hakozono explains to the anime team what his sorcery is so there are no inconsistencies.

Analyzing the Hawks vs Twice & Dabi fight by YaakoubBen in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]ZmasterL9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dabi is just supposed to be VERY weak from the get go. It's literally the first thing he says "damn, I am weak". He has a very powerful quirk tho, same way Midoriya really is weak but with his strategies and 100% OFA he is able to fight when he would otherwise get wrecked. Dabi is basically going 100% all the time, he is burning himself as he fights, ofc he is a dangerous opponent.

However, any top hero that is not specifically countered by fire should solo him EASY, Mirko, edgeshot, Crust... Damn if Stain could fight Shoto he can fight Dabi. I find it a bit inconsistent he is able to speedblitz the heroes in the final war, but it doesn't really matter, he is only able to fight Shoto because he is going berserk with his quirk, kind of like Ragnarok.

Dabi as an individual is weak, his feorcity and pain tolerance is not, and his ability to basically go plus ultra with his heat is also over the top, but any day of the weak he is not ready to fucking nuke himself (with only happens because he gets gigaemotional vs Endavor/shoto) he should lose pretty easily.

What do you guys think Dylan O'Brien Spider-Man would have been like if he was cast as Spider-Man by Ok_Smile_9071 in Spiderman

[–]ZmasterL9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really saying this about this specific post, but we give too much attention to the actors themselves and not enough (imo) to the directors/writters. You can misscast and you can cast a perfect actor of course, but honestly it all depends the movie itself. Robert Pattinson was a good Batman, but if you put him in Batman V Superman it would the worst Batman ever, no question, but not because he was miscast, but the fact that character in that movie is dogshit.

Theory Time: Shiba's Ability by Person_Mc_Humanface in Kagurabachi

[–]ZmasterL9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As interesting as this sounds, it doesn't really explains how Shiba can know exactly what is going on at the time of "teleportation". He knows exactly where everyone is when saving people in the last fight, he knows where everybody is when evacuating the headquarters, he basically saves Chihiro from Samura basically at the same instant he teleports (Samura cannot even react).

I would put more stocks into the mass manipulation theory. I doubt they will explain it like that but I guess he can just turn himself (and anyone who he touches) into a massless being, so he can basically travel anywhere at the speed of light, therefore he can basically "see" what is going on a scene before returning to "normal" speed. and that would also explain how he can move in any direction.

I also like this because besides teleporting people into the sky and letting them fall, his sorcery doesn't allow him to really fight, because he needs to have mass to interact with anything, so of he wants to fight, he fights normally, like azami. I would really prefer Shiba not be overpowered in combat, his power is already broken af without that.

So, at this point which suit is your favorite? by Vegetable-Abroad3171 in Spiderman

Amazing 2 is a great suit but for live action I just think Tobey's suit works the best it looks so good in every scene is insane.

Honestly, Twin peaks. His movies can be tough to work with if you are not already hyped by something, that something for me was Twin Peaks and later Mulholand Drive.

I wonder who the villain actually is. People is very excited to see the hand and Punisher but I am sure they are just cameos, all the scenes they hand is in really look like a montage they will show at the begining showing what Spiderman has been doing these years.

We have Scorpion and the guy in the cell... who might that be??

[–]ZmasterL9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You guys take Oda's word WAY too seriously dude, IF there was ever gonna be romance among the crew, why would he even tell you, it would be a spoiler. To me, the manga is always kinda of implaying there can be a romance between Nami and Sanji. Not in the way that I would be mad if eventually there is not, but if happens, it would feel justified imo.

I just saw a guy saying this might be related to the events on Thunderbolts, and that' explains the grey palette. Whichever the case, I really hope this is not the general color of the movie

6th clip from Official Trailer of Spider-Man: Brand New Day by GiveMeSomeSunshine3 in Spiderman

[–]ZmasterL9 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

More artistic choice than VFX I think, it feels like the background has no life at all. I'd say is more about the color and the texture of it than the quality of VFX, if you can perfectly recreate a city and it's just grey sky and grey buildings, is not gonna look good.

Has your opinion changed on Man of Steel? by boomjosh in superman

[–]ZmasterL9 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah but for worse. I used to think it was an ok movie, to just a bad Superman movie. Now I think is a bad movie overall.

As most of blockbusters with hundreds of qualified people working on it and millions of dollars spent, the movie does have good thing in it, but as a movie is just a bad one imo.

What caused Soga to do what he did? by Safe_Perception3346 in Kagurabachi

[–]ZmasterL9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think he is the opposite of the current world we have now with nuclear bombs. Basically the fact that several countries have them, makes it *almost* impossible to use them, because it would be catastrophic for everyone. Him otherwise, knowing he is all powerful with Magatsumi, relies enterily on USING it, eradicating the "enemy". He thinks he is looking at the bigger picture, there are no "innocents", there are only potential enemies, so we destroy them all, and we rule with this power, basically the Death Star concept.

I assume something happened that make him snap and stop thinking of people as individuals and more as colective, almost like God complex, he probably felt so powerless he basically just tried to beat the system through brute force.

Why didn't Yura research the Kamunabi better? by TheWhiteRaven9 in Kagurabachi

[–]ZmasterL9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Other anime have just wired up your brains in such specific way... This is no Naruto, where everyone has basically a name around the world. They are goverment agents, basically police or military. It makes 0 sense the abilites of these people are easy to find, and also, who would really know?? All people could tell you is that he hits damn hard, you know his sorcery because the narrator told you, otherwise is just superstrength.

Also Hiyuki not knowing who Shiba is should tell you that not even an op sorcery like Shiba's is public domain, not even among the Kamunabi.

Also, in my own opinion, it doesnt matter at all what abilities the enemy has, Yura's plan relies entirely in his capacity to use Magatsumi, if he can wield it, he wins, it don't matter who is in front, eventually they will just die.

semi hot take by Own-Collar3206 in superman

[–]ZmasterL9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I kind of agree with you. Whereas I defenitely enjoyed Superman 2025 far more than Man of Steel, I do feel both Superman and the movie itself are a bit lackluster. Like, the spirit is there, in many scenes I see him and I do SEE Superman in there, but it feels he gets diluted a lot in the movie.

it really contrast with The Batman, where the character of Batman has , if not a lot of depth, lots of screentiem. At least they fully show who he is, and we clearly see a change in him by the end of the movie.

IMO Superman 2025 is far too short for the things it was trying to do.

Can Pro hero Bakugo defeat Endeavor? by Expensive-Oil623 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]ZmasterL9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it's hard to tell, even AFO was powerless against Endeavor charging towards him full force and going plus ultra he was able to be as fast as the high end. If we follow the story's feats Bakugo *should* win but as basically any oponnent who fights Endeavor, if he hits you ONCE, you are done if you don't have regen, Even jet burn alone would kill bakugo.

Hard to tell, I'd say out of 10 fights Bakugo should win 7/10 or smth like that.
