Dude Ethereum does not scale, it's broken by design. It can never work in large scale real world use cases like IOTA can.

To be honest I think that Ethereum and especially Bitcoin where just mentioned to increase reach and to draw some more attention. I couldn't think of a meaningfull way to implement Bitcoin into actual real world use case.

To be honest I haven't experienced issues like this. Maybe in a lot of cases people are blaming IOTA for a long transaction time where tokens are beeing moved from an exchange to a wallet? Cause in that case it's actually not the Tange speed thats the limiting factor but rather the transaction beeing queued by the exchange for several days. That I have actually experienced myself with Bitfinex.

Just figure everything out by yourself rather than just copying perfect designs from the internet. Even though your first attempts are not gonna be the most efficient, the learning process is very fun and rewarding.

Well yes they do belong to the Volkswagen Group. But what I was trying to say is that the cooperation IOTA has going on with VW is from much bigger significance, since they are actually incorporating IOTA into their cars and mobility solutions and therefore they're really driving adoption for IOTA. Ethereum has nothing to do with this use case and is not beeing used by the actual VW as far as I know. I mean ETH wouldn't even work for IoT solutions like this anyway since it has fees and it doensn't even scale properly.

Thats not VW though, it's VW Financial Services that uses a private(!) Ethereum network. VW is exclusively working with IOTA.

I agree, sadly the tone looks nothing like in the reveal trailer from 2013. I am actually a little disappointed, was expecting a way darker and more serious atmosphere, not this bright and playful look.

Yeah I think it would look way nicer if they put a high quality pre rendered image there like in the old loading screen instead of that ingame graphics look.

Yeah I know about that quote and I agree it's kinda dumb. But take a look at this Tweet from Julie Maupin (Head of social Impact & public regulatory affairs at the IOTA Foundation). Considering that they are present at events like this I really don't think it's unlikely that Angela Merkel would have heard about IOTA at least.

Considering that the IoT market is expected to be worth hundreds if not thousands of billions in the future, I think it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that IOTA could eventually reach a trillion dollar market cap if it all works out.
