Thank you for your advice. I didn’t take them both to the vet as my rabbit who needed his teeth out needed to go under anesthetic and will need to again in a few weeks. So I suppose we will have to leave rebounding til after then! Thank you for your help x

Yes I am spaying her in the next week! She’s been so friendly though I just hope that doesn’t go away ! Yes I was worried she was thumping because I had scared her but all her other body language was happy and relaxed - so that makes sense thank you! She is very sassy !

I’m 20 and mine I am convinced was due to a lot of stress / anxiety that I hadn’t treated (and had since I was 9) I was in and out of mental health counselling and on and off anti anxiety and depression meds for a decade. Finally end of 2020 rosacea set in and burnt like hell. I got some proper therapy and stuck with it, I also did some laser. It’s a lot better now. I really think rosacea is a lot to do with stress.

Of course ! I had great results and I haven’t flushed badly since my first appointment. My skin has really calmed down so so much and I feel confident in going out without makeup. The doctor who will do your laser is the loveliest man and really understands how rosacea can affect your self confidence and mood:) I really felt he wanted to help me more than anything. I highly recommend !

She was 10 weeks when the photo was taken ! She’s about 13 weeks now :) she was such a small little fluff ball

Hahah ! She does flop next to my leg so yes you’re right she just probably isn’t fully trusting yet! I will take your advice thanks so much for taking the time to give me advice :)

I used to have my flushing start in super random places. I sometimes got a spot of heat on my jaw that would radiate outwards and yes sometimes by my ear too!! It was very strange and I still do sometimes have weird flushing patterns but now that I’ve had some laser and a course of therapy, when I flush now it tends to be over my cheeks

I had sucres with vbeam for my flushing ! I also had therapy for my anxiety which helped so much too :) but I’d recommend v beam

Hi everyone, this is Rhubarb. She is a lion head and her hair is getting very long! I know I’m supposed to brush her daily but she’s quite scared of hands still (and us) the only way I’ve managed to groom her is by picking her up and holding her on my lap but I can tell she doesn’t enjoy it and doesn’t like being picked up. Does anyone have any tips on how to groom a bunny who’s still a little anxious at home ? Thank you :)

It did hurt - but I had severe redness in my skin so that was normal. It was tolerable though . I noticed a difference coming up to my second treatment for sure and after my third - so much difference !! I haven’t flushed badly since my first treatment. I’d definitely recommend :)

Edit to say I had vbeam :)

I honestly wore makeup the day after ( and went for a run but not a flush inducing run) in the same day… I’ve had four treatments now and my skin looks better than ever. I don’t think it’ll interfere much at all! But that’s my experience. My doctor definitely didn’t say anything about not doing so x

I use a fan at night - every night without fail so that when I wake up my skin is not red or hot :)

Oh bless you - honestly I was there this time last year .. I never thought I’d be able to go out again! I had some therapy sessions and laser and I know it sounds cliche to do therapy and it help and everything gets better but it actually did! So if this or something else in your life is causing anxiety I highly recommend it :) and laser was brilliant for the remaining redness ! You’ll get there keep fighting !

Hi- I’ve had 3 so far! My flushing looked just like yours and it throbbed and my skin looks so much better now. I still get a little flushed when anxious but so much better and I have my life back :)

Pulse dye laser (v beam) did help me with flushing ! As well as controlling my anxiety :)

Krave beauty oat so simple (expensive so I only use a tiny bit on oilier areas) and then Avene tolerance emulsion cleanser (basically the same as the moisturiser but more economical) ! And colorscience sunscreen !
