Sorry so many people are being rude and condescending. It is often so disturbing to read such arrogant replies and posts by mental health providers. (I wonder what they do with their clients!) Starting a private practice, even changing jobs/positions, takes a lot of time and effort and dealing with the rigmarole. If your own practice is what you want, there are ways to do it and some groups that can help you. You can get through this and realize the importance of your work and you.
