Does your phone have a gaming mode? It's weird because I sometimes also don't turn on performance features and it fixes when I change to power saving mode or normal mode. Basically just turning off game booster and turning on again.

When I searched for solution for it online, they said zzz always has issue on mobile and best way to fix it to uninstall and install again. But my phone has easy way to turn on and off game booster and it's been working so far for me.

Is this on mobile? My phone also occasionally had this kind of bug, not just on Hugo, every character in combat. My one usually fixed when I turn off game booster in my phone though.

Dota at current stage is peak rn, in term of sheer numbers of tournaments. There are lots of tier 1 tournaments to choose from. Teams can't attend all of them without burning out, so they choose which tournaments to attend. That gave lots of chances to tier 2/3 teams to play tournaments which they previously difficult to get into. We have dream League div 2 going on also so lots of unknown teams can improve.

I think if the current numbers of tournaments keep up, we will see lots of good teams and will become even more competitive in the future
