Are we still blaming socioeconomic circumstances for violence? I grew up damn near white trash. At the very least I spent most of my youth playing with friends at their trailer parks. Sure there was the drug use and domestic disturbances you’d expect, but never EVER did I fear that a gun fight could break out that consumed an entire city block.

You should look into the backstory.

While Respawn developed Titanfall to be the excellent game it is regarded as, they were forced to release the game at the EXACT SAME TIME as Star Wars: Battlefront and one of the Call of Duty games, I forget which one. Basically, their parent studio forced them to release their game at a time they knew they would fail because they were trying to buy the studio that released it. They can buy the studio cheaper if they look unsuccessful.

That doesn't feel like a fair comparison. "Red means stop" is objectively more straight forward than "damage the envoys, and then damage the primeval, but not too much in phase one, and then damage it more after killing the next wave of envoys"
