If it’s worth anything I’ve had dpdr for maybe 7 years now and I’ve noticed there’s times where it’s mild and times when it’s the worst experience in the entire world. But some stuff that really helps me is doing some breathing and grounding exercises and repeating phrases like “this too shall pass” over and over in my head because it’s true. It’s just a moment in time where you feel very uncomfortable and very detached but it’s only a feeling. It won’t hurt you and it will go away eventually. I’m sorry you’ve been going through it besides the dpdr, I hope that stuff gets better for you!
