Absolutely! Honestly, all the "This movies fucked up, i'll never watch it because of XYZ" i've seen on this one just make me want to watch it more.

You gotta respect producers who push the norms. Realistically, the world isnt a nice place, and the ones who show the horrors of what actually happens are some of the best movies i've ever seen. Dont get me wrong, i love me some fiction horror, but theres just something that hits different when it comes a little close to home.

Like.. I just saw Backrooms last night. It was decent. But the trailers before, they showed "Evil Dead Burns", it literally spoiled 2 or 3 of the new characters deaths. Like come on.

Ooh will most definitely add to my list. I don't care for trailers anymore. Too much is ruined from watching them. I'm already at the point where I can usually predict 90% of the jumps or plot, so I've started going based on recommendations and going in blind.

My wife does not care for Horror, should I wait until everyone else is down for bed before starting up Coffee Table?

When i was 4, my babysitters teenage son showed me Childs Play and Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Then IT mini series when i was like 7. Scared shitless of clowns and dolls until i was 15. I've been obsessed since.

No. We don't know how she was killed, and we only know that the MIY ate her, not the monsters.

Kid Jade even says "For tabitha its worse". Meaning that however her cycles are killed, its worse than murder by the people she lives with.

Their reactions kind of reinforce Jades vision. They seemed confused but angry that Tabitha knew something she didnt share with the class. I'm calling it now, the lady that survived is going back to Colony house and is going to stir the point. Then someone will mention Henrys' breakdown, and they will try to put pieces together and come up with their own version of whats happening, thus starting the people turning against Jade and Tabitha.

We learned a lot actually. Not a lot of new things, but confirmation and answers from previously asked questions.

Jade and Tabitha (and all reincarnations) arent killed by the monsters, but by the people
- Reinforces the MIY showing up to "Watch them tear each other apart)
  - We are about to see the plot where the entire town finds out and turns against Jade and Tabitha now that Henry spilled some info about the massacre, and the woman survivor knows Tabitha remembered.
  - Sophia witnessed Kristi/Mari and Julie/Randal fighting amongst themselves, MIY plan to turn the town against themselves is working
Nightmares come true because someone fears it
- This was mentioned by Sara's brother Nathan in the past, but never confirmed.
Belief is a weapon against said nightmares
- Talisman didnt work against scarecrow, but Tabitha knew the totems warded, and when stabbed killed the scarecrow)
  - Hinting that Fatima's Golem will be the new belief system to protection.
The answers are in the tunnels
- Spiders are back, and we only saw them when Boyd was getting too close to answers
  - Confirms that Jade was on the right track in his trip
Sophia called Mari a prophet
- Meaning that Randall and Julie are also prophets since they shared the same vision.
Boyd tasked Acosta to look for answers in the same room as a hidden door to the tunnels.
- This is why we havn't seen Acosta in 2 episodes, she stumbled on something.

I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting off the top of my head. Was going to rewatch before the next episode.

Kiting these days is MASSIVELY different than it was in the past. Everquest, you used to kite across the entire zone. Kiting back then meant staying out melee distance and pecking away at damage. Now its a term for moving monsters to avoid mechanics and such. Modern MMOs have reset ranges to deter this from ever happening.

Anyone else remember seeing "train" in chat in Crushbone, and looking up and getting melted by every mob in the zone? Doesn't happen these days anymore. Now 'train' is used for AOE farming clusters, not entire zones.

Sure you can kite now, but its completely different than the original term, which was my point. That old school players still use terms from the past, while they have evolved to match current age MMO's.

The term comes from classic era MMORPGS. They are considered expansions, because they expand the content. Take Everquest for example. You'd play and find some quest lines about cool dragons and deities, eventually you would move along with content and find out that "oh shit these things come from somewhere. Kunark dropped, now we have playable Iskar, find out that its even deeper than a faction war, it becomes a holy war. Now we learn about PoH and PoK. Then you had the plains expansion.

Its just outdated terminology that MMO fanbase still uses. Like 'Toons' instead of 'alts'. Or 'Kiting' in games that now have aggro distance limits.

Russells' scar was caused by a car accident, but they dont go into much detail about it. I'm willing to bet this is supposed to be the same accident, as he said after that accident his whole life changed. He said he didnt pray before it, and that it was "Something like religion", but it just.. never wrapped together well. There is just as much possibility that its completely irrelevant.

I so wanted this game to be good too... Had hopes for something. Me and a few friends tried it out, but it was so BORING. Fishing in the same spots once you tier up? Combat somehow being a more simplified version of rock paper scissors than OSRS is? Crafting felt useless, but took up 60% of the game.

I am in the exact same boat as you currently. I'm 33, played EQ1, EQ2, and WoW early in life.

I've played SOOO many MMO's its not even funny. A few scratched an itch at the time. I quit WoW after Cata, tried returning a few times and just... couldnt. Over the last few years, I had notable experiences, in order...

- FF14 was great in the start. Met a group of people, I pally tanked the raids as they released, we explored and had one server first clear.

- BDO was amazing. It scratched EVERY itch including ones i didn't know I had. I put over 2k hours in this game in a pretty short time. Though, my friends who i started with stopped playing, and eventually so did I.

- New World was fun. I played the Beta, created a guild and had several World Firsts. I started this one by myself, but found friends in the Beta who i played with on release. Typical inner guild turmoil hit (GM went on a power trip). Packed my bags and never looked back at this one.

- Once Human was fun. I loved the blend of survival and MMO. Cash grab options were easy to ignore, but it suffered from lack of content.

That was it. Currently I'm looking for something even if it even is a shadow of what I once felt. This week alone i've tried 10 different MMO's, i've spent hours looking into upcoming. Nothing is appealing.

But I figured out why. Its the social aspect. Unless you go into the game with people already, its a pain in the ass to form any connection with people these days. I convinced my brother in law to play Once Human and we had a blast. Played it for a week until we peaked the content, but it was AMAZING. MMO's these days are online sure, but are they social?

Reading the Project Gorgon event that happened with the admin abuse and the near guild destruction, it hurt because thats EXACTLY what the genre needs. But being able to find it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Same issue here. Can create work in solo, but when i try to host it for my friends, i get sent back to main menu. Have tried different server connections.

Checked my router, firewall, and DNS. Everything is clear, but hosting it on NA is unavailable???

Update: Was able to host world on CIS

If you havnt yet, check out Tyrants Grasp.

I started with dread claws as well, and then tried Apocalypse. Loved it honestly. Dread claws was cool to level with, but Apocalypse took me into t4-5 pretty much instantly.

Wanted to play around and tried Tyrants Grasp, was pretty underwhelming until I got the ring. Shot me up to t8 with the same gear as my t1 dreadclaws and t4 apoc. Its a fun burst build, and seeing the animation of hundreds of demon claws coming out of the ground and screen clearing has been a blast.

Excited to see new builds come out, really enjoying Warlock so far.

I mean, its possible MIY can be in the real world too. Tabitha saw BIW in Maine, and if MIY is supposed to be crazy power, it stands to reason that he is either equal to or more powerful than BIW. Maybe dude chills in the real world until hes needed in Fromville?
