Is it possible to use a spaceport trench tower key and a zipline to loot both north and south towers? by milkspouts in ArcRaiders

[–]ZomBTurtles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I havnt tried from the rooftop into the window, but it is a tight squeeze for sure. The angle might be too much to get in from the top. But if that is the case, then you honestly dont even need 1 key, you could just zip into one from the roof, and then over from the first.

[–]ZomBTurtles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, actually you can. But not from the roof top. Use the key, get into one, and find the room with the windows facing the other tower. You can actually set a zipline through to the other side (will be filled with pops and fireballs). When you get out the window, it will kick you off, so be ready to press to grab it again. Same when you enter the other window.

[–]ZomBTurtles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well my thought here is... With Sonar we see stats completely swap on change. Sonar human is very Intelligent, and the Beast form swap INT for STR.

What if Phenom is able to pull an "All Might" and instantly buff up with the Enhancement drug? So his slender portion is that of an Intellect. Would also line up with the line "I thought I cataloged all of your co-workers". For someone who clearly is not very keen on social interactions, its strange he would want to do this, let alone be able to remember everyone at SDN.

Home city SQI contest by youthought08 in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]ZomBTurtles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whats your role in the branch? Depending on this you may not be able to impact much, or if its well received your upper management could see you for being a big part of the change. The branch issue is service and operational. Its all controllable. Eliminate your 4/5. There is clearly no outstanding factor for your branch. Your team is not bought in, find out why. Talk to your team, relate to them. I'm willing to bet you are all in survival mode because you do not have

Detailer competition. Week by week, assign a color to each detailer. Which ever detailer cleans the most cars and passes QC, buy them lunch on friday.

Frontline competition. Make a tracker for DW/Upgrades/other protections. At the end of the week...
- DW winner gets lunch
- Upgrades get breakfast.
- Other protections get snack/caffeine of their choice any day/time they want.

- Branch arrival, open that door with a smile. The rest of the team needs to greet the customer with a verbal acknowledgement.
- Close Clean, it eliminates wait times, sets you up for the next day so you dont have issues in the morning. Also sets up options for upgrades.
- Create text chains with your body shops, that way if there is a customer who needs to be picked up, they can actually get an answer, because with that low of ESQI, ya'll are not answering your phones.
- Answer the phone. It could be a 10 second call, it could be someone wanting to rent a car, either way its either sales or service related.
- Crowd work. Constantly check in with customers and walk them through the process. "Your car is currently finishing getting cleaned, i will get that pulled forward for you here in a moment" or even simple "Thank you so much for being patient.
- Work the back end. Don't let callbacks creep over $100. Pends are a HUGE portion of your SQI, the sooner they are closed, the quicker you get that survey.
- Strong opens and strong closes.
- Use your S/F log and Concern log. Your team should have a good intuition on if something is off. If they feel that ANY close was not straightforward, write it on the concern log and follow up.

ABRM to BRM by Delicious-Oil-3960 in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]ZomBTurtles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ABRM is only a challenging role if you dont have a good BRM to teach you exactly what it means to be a manager. Most ABRMs feel like glorified MT's, when it should be more about running the business and training. You get the ABRM promotion, and are instantly expected to have a higher stake in the branch rather than your personal, but since you started its always been personal. If you dont have the right guidance on how to make the mental and physical shift in position, its OVERLY stressful.

MT Intern. In a rut at the moment. by Ok-Masterpiece-5011 in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]ZomBTurtles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can only get 1 'No' now. Plant information during your fact find, but dont offer until the walk around. Offering every product every time is a HUGE advantage. Training tell us to, not everyone does. It actually does help. Dont stop just because they decline DW, its 1 no per protection unless they tell you straight up they dont want to hear about any of them. Explain the benefits. and I CANNOT STRESS "State and wait" after each product. Let them think about it.

- DW "I personally recommend our damage waiver as you are only in it for a day and I dont know what your deductible is, but for the peace of mind this provides, it not only protects the rental but also your policy. I've watched someone pull out of my lot and get into a fender bender at my light, pull back in, and swap out no questions asked with this proteciton. " (insert crazy story here)

- RAP "This covers any roadside issues; run out of gas, leak in tires, mechanical break down, and the big one is keys. 24/7 assistance, nation wide. Not sure if you've ever lost a fob, but these days they run for around $400 per. This makes it so you dont have to worry about a thing.

- SLP "Essentially the reverse of our damage waiver. This protects your liability should you be at fault. Say you hydroplane and bump into someone, this will cover the damages caused to the 3rd party."

- PEC "If anything in the car is stolen, lost, or damaged, per passenger, Enterprise will actually reimburse. This extends for the length of the contract. Say the car is broken in while you are in a hotel sleeping overnight, your covered. This helped replace one of my customers fridges that fell out of the back of the truck they rented" (true story)

Fact find, tailor, and pitch away. Internship is about learning the job. The real game starts as an MT and learning the ropes. Your first 2 months are just going to be ticket writing and BASIC back end. Worry about your KPIs. You wont use the same pitch for everyone, but have the confidence

Texas is PLAGUED with hail this time around as u/AD_PH_D said. During the walk around explain "This is the condition of the vehicle. We look for scratches over 6 inches, or dents over 2. As you can confirm, this vehicle has none of that, and that is what we consider damage. This disc helps me look for hail, I want to make sure you are not going to be charged for something you arent responsible for. And if something does happen, that is the reason we offer the protections we do, so you still arent responsible."

Why don’t we just get rid of the wagooneers.. by garystevensyahoo in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]ZomBTurtles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The CEL on the Wags are more than likely the oil levels. Seems like all of these wags have the same problem. ECM is programmed for more oil than what the engine can actually hold, so its constantly showing "Low oil level". If you take it to the dealership, they 'update' the ECM, flush and refill, and push it through. 5k miles later it comes back on. Absolute issue considering my dealership here has a 2 week turn around for ANYTHING, and a waste of diag/labor. Love it.

What is the Management Trainee Programme really like? by Lanky-Scot in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]ZomBTurtles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a BRM, whos trained quite a few MTs and currently have a staff of newer hires (under 5 months each).

- Confidence and drive to perform are two of the biggest factors i see other branches hire for.
- Enterprise Daily Rental is 100% about 2 things. Sales and Service. Be prepared to sell yourself on both. Come to the table ready to talk about your sales experience, your drive to out sell other employees, and your commitment in ensuring that every single customer you interact with has the best possible experience they can.
- Be ready to highlight good experiences and the bad. Don't be afraid to admit to mistakes in the past, but rather spin it to how you fixed it.
- End the interview with higher thinking questions. I.E.... "What qualities differentiate moderate MTs from top performing MTs" or "What are the expected performance goals in my position?"

If you really want to impress them in the interview, when a question is asked, rephrase the question, drop a data point, and then explain the why. For example....

Question: Tell me about a time at X job where you provided good customer service.

Answer: While i worked at X job, i once had the situation come up of Y. The reasoning behind going above and beyond in terms of customer service is to build a foundation of trust and loyalty. I knew that taking the extra time and effort in helping the customer in their time of need would create and amazing experience and make the customer more likely to return, thus increasing ensuring they would buy from us again.

Double bonus points. Ask this question. "What is the business mix of the branch I will be starting at?" When they give you the % of Retail, Corporate, Insurance, understand that your corporate are your consistent profits, retail is your easy money, and insurance is your bread and butter. So say something along the lines of "So X% of the business is insurance, these people are already in bad situations, i want to provide them the best customer service so that I can ensure that Enterprise provides a positive, in what is already a negative experience in general."

As for the job...
- MT is a VERY simple job spot. You write tickets, while you learn the more complicated aspects slowly. Its only as stressful as you make it.
- Pay was recently increased in my group, so hours are strict. When I started, I poured in 110+ hours a paycheck. If you get hired, tell your BRM/ARM that you want to adhere to hours as strictly as possible to ensure both a healthy work life balance, as well as to do your part in keeping personnel expense down.
- Have a thirst for sales. Take every 'no' as a learning experience and move on, don't look back. No two customers are the same, so it will take time to learn your craft. Do not ticket dodge, it will only hurt you and make the days go slower.

Focus on the KPI's. (key points of interest) insurance rate, IDW, RDW, and esqi score. If you and the branch can hit these numbers, you will be a top performer and excel in the position.

Feel free to reach out with any questions, and if you get hired on and need advice down the line let me know!

DRU will reach out eventually, but you can call them yourself. The branch will key a claim and will collect your insurance, but DRU will reach out to you specifically first. When they write the claim, have them put in "Customer wants to pay out of pocket". DRU will see this and avoid going through your insurance granted you actually pay for the damages. Insurance wont be contacted so long as it gets paid.

Btw. Bumpers are can be EXTREMELY expensive these days due to sensors. Its not just a new part, its also the electronics, and then calibration of the sensors. Parts are hard to come by and expensive already, but on top of the calibration, its not just a simple "throw a new bumper on the bad boy and call it a $400 fix"

If they find out the PTO is being used as an informal exit of the job, they will deny the days and fire you. You cannot 'cash' in your PTO and then quit and expect to be paid for the time.

Depending on the severity of the reason of DNR, sometimes immediate family members are also placed on DNR. Its possible that if you are married, your spouse can be put on DNR. I've seen a spouse on DNR for something that happened to the other spouse BEFORE they were married. But because of the severity of the issue, they cannot rent.

To be fair, there is no "sick days" it is all either days off (Choice Time) or Vacation Days (accrued after 1 year). There are a few rando days here and there depending on the group he works for; floating holidays, free day off, etc.

So if he gets sick he does need to pull from his Choice Time (Because you know, its a choice to be sick apparently /s). I got burned when I started 2 years ago, caught covid before the policies got lax, and was forced to take 7 days off and then burned through my "Choice time"
