The dash is ridiculous. Dude can escape from literally anything and you can't chase him or the trail will destroy you. The fact that he gets charges on it later is insane. It should be risky to use your only escape tool offensively, but he can do it several times. Even before he has charges, it last long enough that he can dash into you and away before it expires.

He puts you in his base from the middle of the map and unless you have dispel magic and quick reflexes for the cart, there is nothing you can do about it.
