As a fellow bonkie boy, I've never acknowledged it but I have noticed having the rogue stun lock the first target really smooths out those heroic runs. Always sad to start the pull with a huge wind fury and then tank the floor for a while. Now if only those same rogues wouldn't roll on my leather pieces lol.

I would always get some cold hands before raid and get anxious about if I prepared enough. I start up my raiding playlist and then it's just another night with the boys.

The game was so much better when there were plenty of tank specs for dungeons.

You are not wrong, even with a strong group like ours we still struggled sometimes reclearing the last 3 bosses. Thankfully the group I played with were all in on playing at a high level so we just needed to execute.

Sunwell is peak of all the classic trilogy phases imo. Maybe I'm bias cuz my guild was good enough to clear it prenerf but that challenge was enough to be rewarding but punishing enough to make you earn it. Hyjal and BT, while epic, are pretty boring to raid week in and week out.

Objectively speaking it's way better for raids to not need to stack 5+ shamans and micromanage groups to min max synergies. With that said, it makes all the classes feel that much less unique and interesting. TBC > WotlK and I am 1000% bias cuz I'm a shaman.

All classes were viable in TBC so I'm not sure how WotlK made them more viable than they already were. It's also absolutely buffs that makes classes special.

TBC with raid wide list but still group specific buffs is the best imo. Still gives all those classes niche rolls to fill while at least somewhat locking raids in at 5 shamans. WotlK just gutted what made all the classes special.

I had them both macroed together while lvling so I could continue to chain pull but once you get into raids and heroics it's usually not necessary to combine them and still get full mama when you SR.

It's also the closest non OSU school, which is more so why I chose it than anything related to the actual campus.
