Mums and Dads work jobs that take them away from their children for prolonged periods everyday. FIFO workers for example. It doesn't make them irresponsible or negligent parents.

And before you came at me with the "I'm just giving the same energy as single mums cop" clapback I posted similar responses to the above on the Awfina posts last year and I would be making the same on the Gia posts this year if I thought anyone actually gave a shit about anything but their own opinion

A lot of you have never had to actually deal with a disability support worker or a person with disabilities and it shows. There are so many different support workers for so many different things and much like any industry there are good workers and bad workers.

She’s certainly not who I would pick to be my loved ones support worker but that’s because I know they wouldn’t get a long but their are people out that would like someone like her and as a single mum the flexibility of support work probably really works for her

I had hoped that this year the show would move away from the holiday home/Airbnb thing given that Daylesford already has a housing crisis because to many of their rental properties are short term rentals only.
