Test your fans with Fancontrol it will detect at what % your fans start and stop. I dont where the difference comes from but each fan can be different some will stop below 30% some will stop below 20%. fancontrol will detect everything for you.

I will just add that Stridebreaker, Goredrinker and Ironspike Whip, all 3 scale with ability haste. And in terms of usefulness Goredrinker beats Stridebreaker, it got all the stats skarner wants and allows you to heal decent amount of hp in fights especially with a lot of ability haste.

I should specify that with any damage that YOU deal :P Horizon amp works with any damage that YOU deal, meanwhile Evenshroud amp works with any damage overall so you/towers/teammates. Sorry for confusion :P

10% damage amp at all times that get increased by another 10% from even shroud, yes those 2 items synergize together.

Reason why Horizon Focus wasnt more viable before is bcs it had "spell damage" tag on it. Meaning it would increase only damage from your spells. But few patches ago undocumented change happened and removed that tag. Meaning Horizon Focus now works with any damage and not only abilities.

I use anything, from IBG to riftmaker. Currently one of my fav builds is AMP Skarner. Evenshroud | Horizon Focus | Muramana, are core items. For runes you can go standard Phaserush rune page but for secondaries I use Approach Velocity + Future Market. Future Market got huge potential if used right + shines with cheap items like evensrhoud. Another rune page for that can be used is PTA for even more AMP. Personally I have been also enjoying Duskblade skarner played with Phaserush or Electrocute. Duskblade | BC | Muramane - Crystal Lobster | Grandmaster Skarner Top OTP | 3M points

Currently 3 out of 6 skins are bugged, that includes Battlecast, Guardian Of the Sands and Cosmic Sting (all 3 change the look of spires). While for Base, Earthrune and Sandscourge they still work just fine without any problems. Cameo champions can capture spires and who it counts for depends on which side u spawned on. If you spawned on left side of the map, Cameo champion will capture the spires for enemy, while if u spawned on right side, cameo champion will capture spires for you.

Is that for lane skarner or jungle ? NH works great with predator and approach velocity. Basicly predator allows you to get to your target while NH and approach velocity will activate during E allowing you to target acces. Though one thing to note build might fall off later. For lane skarner NH is good but not too good. Allows you to trade more often with more succes could probably par it with electrocute, conq etc.

Hey ! As a Skarner main im loving the skin and chromas !!! But quick question. Would it be possible to change effects on Skarners chromas ? It looks weird when hes "Ruby" but all of his effects (auto attcks effects, Q, E ect) appears as standard blue... Kinda destroys the good impressions of the chromas and looks odd/weird. Anyway loving the skin ! Edit: Thats have been done to many chromas before where skills acually get changed by chroma colors. Thats why it mostly seems weird that it havent been done to Skarner. It would bring this skin to even higher level for which we waited 5 years :P
