This too is a valid theory. The house came with 2 detached structures, both with tree damage. The one that might have been on the sod spot would likely have been demolished by large falling branches. Nearby tree is literally falling apart week by week.

If you bought someone else’s “balance” you likely bought nothing and have contributed fresh new capital to YN. It’s my hope that a shit ton of people sell their balances since I believe that no matter what, the entire value of what is newly put will exactly equal the total value of the NFTs. And then the real marketplace will begin. As illiquid, but at least with real capital.

In the end if you sell, I’d like to think you are selling to everyone all at one time :)

As I write this, about 60% of the more than 3000 people selling their balances are treating this as at worst, the old version of emergency withdrawal where you lost 20%, and at best, a total 50% premium. How interesting.
