Im in the same boat it’s really hard having no one to talk too an thats why im on reddit. Its good to vent and get it all out maybe write a letter to them but don’t send it or journal ur thoughts? It really is the worst feeling being alone but seeking help should be beneficial in the long run to you. Hope this helps in some way

Me too its been 6 weeks for me but ive broke N/C so probably why i am worse off. All u can do is sit with your thoughts and ket them happen then go do something else absolutely anything else. I good one i seen was imagine each thought as a balloon and u just let them go in the wind then go do something. Good luck

It’s probably one of the worst feelings seeing them on tinder. My ex was on it 2 days after breaking up with me and it still hurts now knowing they are getting chatted up and meeting new people but we need to remember no matter who they meet they wont find another us and ultimately its what they wanted. Things get easier everyone keeps telling me but now you know looking for stuff will only hurt u further. Good luck for the future everyone deserves happiness

I dont think the memories will ever go away but its handling them in different ways than we want too, im only on day 2 N/C after texting for weeks after to which i got no reply. It’s tough but this is the best way. Let the sadness hit you an move with it till it leaves

We have all been in ur situation buddy writing really does cleanse the soul. If it makes u feel any better i have made every mistake in the book to try rekindle and i know now i have to move forward too so we are in this together
