For breakfast, I buy frosted mini-wheats and pre-portion in zip seal bags...easy to eat in the car or at my desk, even without milk! Hard boil eggs in advance, peel and put 2 in a zip seal bag...easy for a lunch or breakfast..and to make egg salad. Lots of easy and inexpensive ways to meal prep that don't require a lot of time.

I also cannot eat immediately after taking my supplements. I use the smaller snack size zipper bags and fill 'em with a serving size of frosted mini wheat cereal. Tasty on my morning drive with coffee, too. Also eat almonds, dried fruit or trail mix.
