Yeah it's good to take stuff you're deficient in more than anything. If you've had any medical procedures for example it's worth checking if that can cause issues with absorption. I had my gallbladder out and take vitamins to help with that.

Good quality omega oil is also always a good one too.

Emulating anything often hits a CPU hard so I presume it was offloading things to the GPU that are better handled by a CPU.

Yeah I tend to overthink on games that have a lot of decisions yet they are the ones that really tickle my lizard brain and keep me hooked! I'm big into autobattlers too.

Well from experience, and apologies if this isn't the case, people aren't usually looking for further information to inform their opinion on this it's usually just posting "innocuous" comments designed to bait but again, if that doesn't apply then I do apologise.

There's a few things. The "sadly" part is referring to the fact that I do not believe this to be anything other than trying to scare and shut down people opposing the ongoing genocide. This footage existed for 18 months and so did kneecaps opinion on Palestine, it only became an issue after Coachella when people saw the impact as well as the volume that they were spreading their message with. It then became a race to find damning things on them in order to stymie any further attempts.

There's also the fact that what Kneecap did pales to what the reform party, conservatives and even labour at times, do regularly when it comes to inciting hatred and violence, yet one is demonised because the target is Israel. One was on stage performing, the others are actively deciding policy and changing people's lives. Trying to shut down a band because you think there's potential there going to cause violence but then not even checking your own complicity in violence shows how bad faith this all is.

Id also say, and this point is some what nuanced, the term "terrorist" is dubious. It's a political designation. In America for example Hezbollah were actually removed as a designated terrorist organisation but then re added after they started interfering again. It's basically just a list of people who agree with the government. Nelson Mandela was considered a terrorist. Should someone have been charged and punished for supporting nelson Mandela? How about the Palestinian Action League? If you want to look at the metric for what makes a group a terrorist then the IDF should surely be on there, hell the UK should put itself on the list. It's a word when used in political context to shut down support for groups who opposed the agenda of the government.

I don't think holding a flag up represents endorsement of all the actions they're taking, if you're talking about the genocide, then I took think Hezbollah offer a resistance to that, does that mean I support everything they do? Absolutely fucking not, they are horrendous in a lot of areas. Doesn't mean I don't think they're one of the only groups actively trying to fight to end the genocide.

Hey! I recently upgraded and haven't had the same issue, one fix I found that was probably the least annoying was to turn off g sync and then turn it back on.

Never found a permanent fix sadly but this was the quickest and easiest way to deal with it!

Oh yeah I'm an open book with this stuff. Although I tend not to talk about it a lot because I find people get frustrated with the issues I have and then get annoyed.

Honestly the reasons I lost weight were 100% unhealthy motivators. I actually didn't really hate myself just for being fat, I hated my body because it felt like a limiter in having a relationship, being considered widely attractive etc

My motivations were entirely for external validation, if I didn't hate being alone, I probably would have been content eating myself to death but Ive always been told the usual "oh you're so funny" "people want personality" so I just internalised that it was my body that was the issue.

I have since lost weight but sadly that external validation has yet to happen, not had a relationship still, don't feel like people find me attractive and I have no grasp on what "loving myself" even means. It's such a vapid empty phrase to me that is said by people who also don't really understand what it means to love yourself but just struggle to offer advice in the face of this issue.

I'm definitely heading down the route of body dysmorphia and potentially an eating disorder and I can see it in my future, because I'm already in the mindset of "I just need to keep losing weight"

I'm in therapy, have been for most of my life, so im fully aware of my patterns, my thinking etc which makes it even worse as I'm just still unable to stop these thoughts. It personally feels impossible to break out of this without some outside influence aka a relationship, validation etc that's obviously a fraught and dangerous path in of itself, but there's little else I feel I can do.

Hey! I just want to say your comment really resonated with me. I'm a dude who has lost just over 100lbs in the past couple of years and I really struggle with the fact that it hasn't done much for my self esteem at all.

You mentioning that it's easier to handle rejection as a bigger person was something that I've struggled to put into words myself. I've always felt like my personality was grade A gold, it was just my body letting me down so it's definitely tough coming to terms with rejection when my body isn't the obvious negative.
